45 Min

  • 3/4 jar(s)
creamy peanut butter (16. oz jar)
  • 1 lb box
powdered sugar (approx 3 1/2 cups)
  • 1 stick
    unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 8 oz
    chocolate almond bark

How to Make Easy Peanut Butter Balls

  1. Line large cookie sheet with “wax paper”
Mix all ingredients (except Chocolate) together in large bowl with your hands (This is messy, but the best way)
After the mixture comes together, start rolling 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheet and put in freezer for about 20 min. ( Makes about 45-55)
  2. After 20 mins take out peanut butter balls, in a medium glass bowl melt chocolate in microwave. (I use 25 second intervals until chocolate is melted) Usually about 1- 1 1/2mins. Give it a quick stir and start dipping P/B Balls “using a toothpick” working at a fast pace, as the chocolate will cool off fast. Place back on cookie sheet a let cool for about 25 mins. Enjoy!!
