I found this in one of my cookbooks and made it for a few get-togethers and potlucks.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz
    container soft cream cheese with pineapple
  • 6 oz
    (1 1/2 c.) shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/2 c
    sweetened dried cranberries
  • 1 Tbsp
    grated orange zest
  • 2 Tbsp
    dry sherry or apple juice

How to Make Fruited Swiss Dip

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Spread in an ungreased 9-inch pie pan. Bake for about 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  2. Serve with apple and pear wedges and assorted crackers.
