    soy sauce
  • 1.5 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 c
  • 1.5 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1 can
    pineapple chunks
  • 1 sm
    green pepper
  • 1 can
    bean sprouts
  • 1 can
    water chestnuts, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp
    chili sauce
  • ·
    cooked rice

How to Make Freezer Sweet and Sour Pork

    Mix together flour, ginger, pork and oil.

    Brown slowly, stirring to brown evenly.

    Mix together sauce ingredients add to meat mixture and cook until done.
  4. 4
    Add pineapple, green pepper, bean sprouts, water chestnuts and chili sauce.

    Then heat.

    Serve with 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 cups cooked rice.
