  • 1 pkg
    ranch dressing mix
  • 2 lb
    hamburger, browned and drained
  • 1 can(s)
    hominy, undrained
  • 1 can(s)
    pinto beans, undrained
  • 1 can(s)
    red kidney beans, undrained
  • 1 can(s)
    diced tomatoes, italian flavor
  • 1 can(s)
    rotel tomatoes, mild
  • 1 1/2 c
    water or tomato juice

How to Make Ellen's Taco Soup

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown and drain the hamburger. Add remaining ingredients and simmer. Serve with corn chips, sour cream, or shredded cheese.
