  you can use any 2 half gallons of ice cream flavors. I used one chocolate and one vanilla.

  You will need a springform pan for this recipe, it facilitates un molding. Just soften your ice cream in the container. line up the half ice cream sandwiches like dominos around outer edge of your springform pan, then put your softened ice cream in the center, layering with crumbled oreos between the flavors of ice cream. make sure to pack the ice cream in tightly to hold the ice cream sandwiches in place. This gives the cake a really unique look.

  using the rediwhip, make little stars over the entire top of cake, top with sprinkles, and freeze till hardened and set, I like to let it sit overnight, before unmolding. just loosen the sides and remove from pan. Enjoy
