How to Make Fried Indian Bread
- Mix flour, baking powder, salt and powdered milk together
- Form a well in dry mixed ingredients and add water. Mix & need.
- Divide into equal patties. Flatten patties and place in hot oil 1 in. deep or enough to float.
- Fry to golden on both sides. Remove, drain and eat while hot.
