How to Make Sour Dough Biscuits
- Mix yeast, water, and sugar in a small bowl and set aside. In a small bowl mix buttrer milk, and oil, add this to the yeast mixture.
- In a large bowl mix flour, salt, and baking powder, add the yeast mixture to the flour, and mix well.
- Oil a large bowl, put the bread dough in and pat the dough with oil, place plastic wrap over the bowl and refrigerate for 2 days. This will turn the dough to a sour dough mixture.
- Heat oven to 425 degrees. Roll dough out and cut into biscuits, place on a greased baking pan and bake for 10-12 minutes.
