Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 medium
    onion
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • 1 can(s)
    4.5 mild green chilies
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    krustez buttermilk pancake mix or bisquick mix
  • 1 c
    mexican blend shredded cheese
  • ·
    salsa, mild
  • ·
    sour cream, fat-free

How to Make Impossible Easy Taco Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. In a 10" Non stick Skillet,brown up ground beef & onion until meat no longer pink;drain off fat.Stir in seasoning mix(dry)and mild chilies. Spoon into greased pie plate Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Stir milk, eggs and Bisquick mix until blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake about 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 8 to 10 minutes longer. Cool 5 minutes. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
