This is for a LARGE group of people. This recipe is for 10 pounds of cabbage.

The dressing keeps for a week in the refrigerator if you don't want to use all of it at one time.

Straight from the cafeteria at Hallmark Cards. Got this from my sister.

Can substitute some of the cabbage with shredded carrots or purple cabbage.
