Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 dash(es)
    hot sauce
  • 3
    peeled potatoes
  • 2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 pkg
    beef stew mix
  • 10
    flour tortillas
  • ·
    sour cream

How to Make Cowboy Burritos crock pot style

Step-by-Step

  1. turn on crock pot to high
  2. I start this first peel and cube potatoes boild for about 10. Dont let them get too soft drain
  3. while potatoes are boiling brown ground beef then drain put in the bottom of crock pot
  4. mix cream of mushroom, water, hot sauce and package of beef stew season in a bowl set aside
  5. layer potatoes on top of beef then pour cream of mushroom mix on top. Cover and cook for 1-2hrs then turn down to low for 1-2 hours
  6. heat flour tortillas in microwave stuff with crock pot mix top with cheese and roll burritos style. Sour cream is great on top
