Ingredients For corn bread salad

bell pepper,chopped

onion, chopped

cooked ham, cubed in bite size pieces

jiffy corn bread mix

How To Make corn bread salad

Cook Jiffy corn bread according to direction on box. When bread is cool cut into cubes. Combine all other ingredients in large bowl. Place corn bread in bottom of casserole dish, top with tomato mixture. I usually just mix it all together even the corn bread.
