I made this up for my Friend Sherri Logan's Sammie Challenge... Again... others were on the ball and posted what I was going to make.... Finally I came up with this thanks to my friend Carol Loney! I used Carol's Southern Spice Rubbed Pork Roast (Litterally! I brought some left over slices home to make this recipe! Thanks Carol!).

Ingredients For sweet-hot for my sweet heart!

  • 1 md
    flour tortilla
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    on each tortilla (to taste) jalapeno, zucchini and raspberry jam (or jalapeno raspberry jam)
  • 1-2 slice
    monterey jack cheese with jalapeno peppers (to taste)
  • 1-2 slice
    left over pork roast (sliced very thin) to taste
  • 3-4 Tbsp
    fuji apples (chopped, heaping tablespoons) or to taste
  • 1 Tbsp
    jalapeno zucchini and raspberry jam for topping

How To Make sweet-hot for my sweet heart!

  • Thinly sliced Southern Spice Rubbed Pork Roast

    Thinly slice pork roast, set aside until needed
  • Flour tortilla with Jalapeno Raspberry Jam

    Spread flour totilla with raspberry jam.
  • Flour tortilla, Jalepeno Raspberry Jam and Jalepeno Cheese.

    Break up cheese slices and distribute on top of the jam on the tortilla.
  • Flour tortilla, Jallapeno Raspberry Jam, Hot Pepper Cheese, Pork Roast

    Break up the thinly sliced pork roast and distribute on top of the tortilla.
  • Fuji Apple being sliced and then chopped.

    Chop Fugi Apple.
  • Fuji Apple chopped up

    Sprinkle the chopped Fuji apple over other ingredients.
  • All ingredients in flour tortilla... being eaten like a taco.

    Spoon on additional jam (optional)
  • All ingredients rolled up in flour tortilla... yum!
