This is a very easy recipe that the kids of all ages like!

Give it a try!!! It is a nice twist on the usual chicken...

Ingredients

  • 3-5 lb
    skinless cut up chicken
  • 1 c
    margarine, melted
  • 2 1/2 c
    potato chips, crushed (plain, ranch, and onion & sour cream are very good)
  • 1/4
    tsp each: garlic powder, salt and ground black pepper

How to Make Potato Chips Chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the crushed potato chips and spices.
  3. Dip chicken pieces one at a time in the melted margarine and then into the potato chip mixture. Put coated chicken pieces on a baking sheet. When all pieces are coated and on the pan, sprinkle with any remaining crumbs, and drizzle with any remaining margarine.
  4. Bake for 45 - 60 minutes, until chicken is done.
