    jalapeno pepper, seeded, finely chopped

    tomato, chopped
  • 7 oz
    corn, drained
  • 1 c
    chicken broth

How To Make chunky avocado soup

    In 6 cup serving bowl place first 7 ingredients.

    In food processor, process avocados, milk and broth until smooth; pour into bowl.

    Press plastic wrap against top of soup; chill at least 2 hours.

    Soup will discolor upon exposure to air.
