This recipe is so quick and easy anybody can do it. I like oven fried chicken because not only is it delicious, but you are not sweating over a hot pot of oil just to get a good fried chicken.

How to Make Oven Fried Chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. Wash and dry chicken pieces, shake in bag with the flour and salt until coated.
  2. Place chicken pieces in a low dish, pour the melted butter over top of each.
  3. Bake at 375 F for 1/2 hour to 1 hour.
