Ingredients

  • 2 large
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 1/2 stick
    butter, softened
  • 6 oz
    pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • 1 c
    chopped nuts
  • ·
    whipped topping or ice cream (opt)
  • 1
    unbaked pie shell

How to Make Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. 325 degrees oven. Beat eggs in mixing bowl on high speed until foamy. Beat in flour, sugar and brown sugar. Beat in butter. Stir in morsels and nuts. Spoon into pie shell.
  2. Bake for 55 - 60 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between edge and center comes out clean. Coon on wire rack. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream, if desired. DELISH!
