Chili Yogurt Chicken
Note: This requires a 24 hour rest in the fridge so it's a make ahead meal. Also this is a picture of legs which is also great. was originally a Racquel Ray recipe
How to Make Chili Yogurt Chicken
- Mix chili powder and yogurt together and pour over chicken breasts to coat.
- Put in fridge for 24 hours. Turning every couple of hours.
- Remove from fridge and light grill
- when grill is hot or coals ready. cook until no longer pink. Serve on buns or as a meat entree.
