Ingredients For chili soup

  • 1 can
    black beans, canned
  • 1 can
    light red pinto beans
  • 1 can
    white corn
  • 1 can
    yellow corn
  • 1 sm
    onion
  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 can
    dark red pinto beans
  • 1 pkg
    chili seasoning
  • 1 pkg
    ranch style dressing mix
  • 1 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 2 can
    rotel or stewed tomatoes
  • 1 pkg
    shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 1 pkg
    sour cream (optional)
  • 1 can
    beef broth (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make chili soup

  • 1
    heat oil in the bottom of a large stew pot, chop onion and add to oil,add ground beef once and brown ( usually use ground sirloin so there is no need to drain fat)
  • 2
    Add all canned ingredients and packaged seasoning, stir well. Bring to boil then simmer on low for one hour. If you prefer a thinner soup add can of beef broth.

    Serve in bowl top with shredded cheddar cheese or sour cream if desired. Enjoy!
