Ok these are absolutely one of my favorites & its all done in the microwave. If you need more dressing feel free to add more. You can add bacon too

Ingredients

  • 4 large
    potatoes, bakers
  • 2 large
    chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1 c
    sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 small
    sweet onion
  • 8 Tbsp
    hidden valley ranch dressing

How to Make Chicken over Baked Potato

Step-by-Step

  1. peel potatoes, put in a microwavable bowl or on plate with slice of butter from a stick, microwave for 8 minutes
  2. cut up chicken breasts & brown with onion in butter in a medium skillet. Should make about 2 cups of chicken, divide among potatoes which should be about a half cup each
  3. split potatoes & add a pat of butter, 2 Tbsp of ranch dressing to each potato & top with cheese
