How To Make chicken madras

1In 3 quart casserole, mix together onion and apples and sprinkle with salt and curry powder; mix well.

2Arrange chicken, skin down, over mixture; sprinkle generously with paprika.

3Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for about 45 minutes or in a crockpot for 6 hours on high heat.
