Ingredients

  • 6 small
    boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 Tbsp
    oil
  • 2 1/2 c
    water
  • 1 lb
    fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 pkg
    6oz stuffing mix for chicken
  • 1 1/4 c
    shredded cheddar cheese

How to Make Chicken & Broccoli Stuffing Skillet Recipe

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook chicken in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat 6 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked through.
  2. Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm. Add water and broccoli to skillet; bring to a boil. Add stuffing mix; stir just until moistened. Return chicken to skillet; sprinkle with cheese. Reduce heat to low; cover. Cook 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
