We live in Arkansas...tornado alley....The weather man said to expect storms with tornadoes this evening...We go to my niece's storm shelter when it gets bad..I called her & told her I would bring desert & she could make the coffee...I didn't want to go to the store...so I used what I had..apples..flour..sugar..ect..No big effort..To my suprise...My family said it was the best cake ever!! By the way..there were tornadoes all around us..but we were spared..Thank you Lord!!

How To Make easy apple cake

1Mix all together...will be very thick!! Pour into whatever cake pan you want...sprayed with Pam...cook @ 350 until knife comes out clean about 40 min...I use a bundt pan...I make a glaze of powdered sugar and a touch of cinamon..a few drops of water to desired consistancy...pour over cooled cake...

2You can add whatever you want to this cake...nuts..rasins...ect....
