not sure where this come from, have been making for several years. Even the grandkids will try it.

Ingredients For cauliflower with cheese crust

  • 1
    medium cauliflower
  • salt
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise(i use miracle whip) salad dressing
  • 2 tsp
    prepared mustard
  • 3/4 c
    shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make cauliflower with cheese crust

    leave cauliflower whole. Cook 12-15 min in salted water. Drain
  • 2
    Place cauliflower in shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with salt Mix mayo and mustard. Coverr whole head of cauliflower with this mix. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.

    Bake 375 for l0 min.
