Asked for this recipe at a gathering I was at along time ago.
Something different for cook-outs in the summer. Hope you enjoy ~

Ingredients

  • ·
    dressing:
  • 1 lb
    vermicelli
  • 1 bottle
    durkee or mccormick salad dressing or 1 bottle of italiam salad dress w/cheese is ok
  • ·
    mix with:
  • 1 small
    green peper
  • 1 medium
    cucumber
  • 3
    plum tomatoes
  • 1 small
    onion

How to Make Cold Vermicelli Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Let vegetables marinate in dressing overnight.
  2. Cook and drain vermicelli, while hot pour veggies mixture over it and mix well.
    chill and serve
