This was passed down to me from my mom. It has lots of fond memories. My boys love it and even their wives love it. I hope you enjoy it to. Don't forget fine noodles.

How to Make Bubbie's Sweet Kugel

  1. First cook noodles and put into a large pan. When taking it I use the $1 throw aways.
While the noodles are cooking put 1/2 of the remainder (except the raisins) ingredients into the blender. Pour over the noodles. Stir around very gently. Do same with rest of the ingredients. Then put the the raisins into this mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.
  2. Bake 350 deg. for 1 hr. Let cool before cutting.
  3. Forgot to say preheat oven but we all knew that. I was a bit nervous I guess.
