Ingredients For broccoli and rice casserole

1 medonion (diced)

1 Tbspbutter, room temperature

1 cancondensed cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cprepared minute rice
-
1 pkgfrozen chopped broccoli (thawed)

1 lg jarcheeze whiz
-
1 tspsalt
-
1/2 tsppepper
How To Make broccoli and rice casserole

1In large skillet saute onion in butter, til soft and tanslucent.

2add thawed broccoli and continue sauting til broccoli is cooked.

3now add can of soup and mix well, continue cooking for 30 minutes.

4now add prepared minute rice and mix well..

5Pour mixture into a casserole dish and top with cheeze whiz in dollops across the casserole and place in a preheated 350 degree oven and cook for 30 minutes..til cheeze is bubbly and slightly browned around the edges..

6Remove from oven and serve warm...
