Ingredients For lean green smoothie

  • 1 md
    banana
  • 3/4 c
    mango chunks
  • 3 to 4
    whole kale leaves - washed
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    milled flax seeds (freshly milled in a coffee grinder is best but store bought will do)
  • 1 1/4 c
    fresh squeezed orange juice - not store bought

How To Make lean green smoothie

  • 1
    Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Serve immediately (it’s best when it’s fresh).
