Ingredients For lean green smoothie

1 mdbanana

3/4 cmango chunks

3 to 4whole kale leaves - washed

1/2 tspground cinnamon

1 tspmilled flax seeds (freshly milled in a coffee grinder is best but store bought will do)

1 1/4 cfresh squeezed orange juice - not store bought

1Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Serve immediately (it’s best when it’s fresh).
