Mexican Pasta Bake
One of my favorites!
1 1/2 lbground beef
1 pkgtaco seasoning mix
1 (15oz) can(s)diced tomatoes
1/2 cgreen bell pepper
1 1/2 tspgarlic powder
1 1/2 tsporegano, dried
12 ozspiral pasta cooked and drained
1 1/2 ccheddar cheese, shredded (divided)
1 csour cream
How to Make Mexican Pasta Bake
- * In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the taco seasoning, tomatoes, green pepper and spices. Bring to a boil; remove from the heat.
- * Meanwhile cook pasta until just done and drain. Combine the pasta, 3/4 cup cheese and sour cream. Spoon into a greased 2-qt. baking dish.
- * Top with meat mixture and remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes or until heated through.
