1/3 ccranberry juice

1-1/4 cblackberries (fresh or frozed, thawed)

1Preheat oven to 325 and lightly grease one 8X8 pan.

2Beat butter and sugar together until fluffy... add egg and mix well.

3Combine flour, salt, soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg in separate bowl.

4Add the flour mixture to the sugar mixture, then stir in vinegar and juice.

5Fold in blackberry jam and berries.

6Pour batter into pan and bake at 325 for 35-40 minutes.
