Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 3/4 lb
    beef sirloin, boneless cut into strips
  • 2 c
    broccoli florets
  • 1
    onion cut in eighths
  • 1
    garlic clove, minced
  • 1 can(s)
    soup, cream of broccoli
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • 1 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 4 c
    cooked rice

How to Make Beef & Broccoli

Step-by-Step

  1. In large skillet over medium-high heat, heat one tablespoon oil; cook beef until browned, stirring often. Remove.
  2. Reduce heat to medium. In remaining oil cook broccoli and onion with garlic until tender-crisp. Stir in soup, water and soy sauce. Heat to boiling.
  3. Return beef to skillet. Heat through, stirring often. Serve over rice.
