This recipe was served at a local family resturant. I loved it- Hers was more tender because she put it on the hot bar and it steamed it.

Ingredients For baked ritz cracker chicken

  • 6
    boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 c
    melted butter
  • 1-2
    sleeves of honey butter ritz crackers- crushed
  • 2
    eggs beaten
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey

How To Make baked ritz cracker chicken

    Pre- Heat oven to 375 degrees Add the Salt & Pepper to beaten eggs. Optional- add the tablespoons of Honey to egg mixture. Roll in the Ritz crackers. Place on a greased 13 x9 pan. Slightly sprinkle with more salt & pepper. Pour melted butter ( Optional- I also add a little honey to the melted butter- makes it juicer )on top of Chicken breasts- Cover with foil.

    Bake @ 375 for 40- 45 minutes. Remove cover and bake another 10 minutes
