Baked Apple Turnovers

OK, so these are not technically apple turnovers, but they really do taste great! A lot easier than dealing with phyllo dough and much healthier. Tortillas paired with the sweet filling work really well when baked. Also, we don't do a lot of sugar in our house--so feel free to increase the sugar to 1/2 cup or more, and omit the agave and stevia (natural sweetener alternatives). Hope you enjoy!
