This recipe is so easy and everyone loves it. It makes a really nice presentation at the table! Looks like you've worked for hours on it.

Ingredients

  • 7 md
    russet potatoes
  • 2/3 c
    milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 4 oz
    softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1/4 c
    chives
  • 1 1/2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c
    bacon crumbles

How to Make Bacon cheese potatoes

Step-by-Step

    Cook potatoes, add milk and butter, mix until lump free. Add cream cheese and sour cream, chives, mix again, spread into a baking dish, top with the cheddar cheese and bacon crumbles. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until heated through.
