Gramma Hazel's Famous Meat Stuffing
From my grammother Hazel's own recipe!
How to Make Gramma Hazel's Famous Meat Stuffing
- Melt butter in large frying pan. Add chopped onion and ground beef cooking till beef is no longer pink. Add salt and pepper to taste. Drain ground beef mixture in colander.
- In very large mixing bowl, shred the loaves of stuffing bread into bite size pieces. Sprinkle with Bell's Seasoning (I just add as needed to my taste, usually about 1/2 the box).
- Add beef mixture to bread and mix well adding water as needed to the point where the stuffing is moist but not sticky.
Stuff your favorite Turkey or Chicken Roaster!
