Here I go again with my chocloholic ways, this is just way to good!

Ingredients

2 ozsemisweet chocolate
-
1/3 cchocolate-flavored sprinkles
-
1 cchocolate ice cream
-
2 oz(1/4 cup) irish cream liqueur
-
1 oz(2 tablespoons) dark cream de cacao
-
1 oz(2 tablespoons) vodka
-
·chocolate curls or grated chocolate
How to Make Chocolate Blitzen
- Heat chocolate over low heat in heavy saucepan until melted. Dip the rims of 8 shot glasses in the melted chocolate and then dip them into the sprinkles. Chill the shot glasses.
- Combine the ice cream, Irish cream, cream de cocao and vodka in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour ice cream mixture into the chilled shot glasses. Garnish with the chocolate curls if desired.
