Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp
    italian seasoning
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    italian bread crumbs
  • 1 pkg
    sharp cheddar cheese cubed small
  • 2 dash(es)
    salt and pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 jar(s)
    your favorite spaghetti sauce
  • 1 pkg
    hoagie rolls

How to Make Easy Breezy Beefy Cheesy Meatball Subs!

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, italian seasoning, eggs, bread crumbs, salt and pepper, and garlic powder. Mash with your hands until all ingredients are mixed thoroughly together.
  2. Take out a meatball sized portion from the bowl and flatten into a small pattie, place one small cube of cheese in the middle of the pattie and then roll up the meat around it until the meat resembles a ball.
  3. Continue this process until all the meat is made into meatballs. Fry in a pan until completely cooked, drain and place desired amount of meatballs on each hoagie roll.
  4. Spoon spaghetti sauce over the meatballs and serve with chips or your favorite side!
