If you like it a bit more spicy you can use fresh jalapenos or hot pickled. I use tamed pickled jalapenos so the kids can eat it too. has just a little bite that everyone loves.

29 ozcan tomato sauce

30 ozkidney beans, canned

30 ozpinto beans, canned

30 ozchili beans, canned

2 lgonions
-
4 stalkcelery
-
5 mdtomatoes

16 ozjar of tamed jalapeno peppers sliced

3bell peppers red, yellow, orange

2 tspcumin

1 Tbspchili powder

1 1/2 tspblack pepper

2 tspsalt

1 cwater

1 canof your favorite beer

How To Make joe's kickin chili

1Brown the ground beef and sausage together in a skillet over medium heat along with one onion. Drain off the fat if you like.

2Cube all your vegetables to desired size and set aside.

3In a large pot, combine the meet plus all the reaming ingredients. (Except for the Beans)

4Bring to a simmer over low heat, cook stirring every 15 minutes for 1 hour.

5Add beans and simmer for another 1 to 2 hours.
