How To Make big woodie chili
-
1Brown tri-tip in 2 TBSP of shortening. Drain fat, rinse and return to pot.

2Add chicken and beef broth, tomato sauce, brown sugar and first phase of spices. Cook about 2 hours, add water if needed. (cook longer if meat is not tender)

3Add 2nd phase of spices and simmer for 15 minutes. Add 3rd phase of spices and simmer for 15 more minutes. Add Seasoned Salt and Frank’s Red Hot Sauce to taste and serve!
