Ingredients For taco soup

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 sm
    onion, diced
  • 1 can
    (15 ounces) beef broth
  • 1 can
    (15 ounces) diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
  • 1 can
    pinto beans, undrained
  • 1 can
    (15 ounces) can kernel corn, undrained
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • 1 pkg
    dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1 c
    water

How To Make taco soup

  • 1
    In a pan, brown and crumble ground beef with diced onion. ( season with a pinch of salt and pepper.)

    drain excess grease from ground beef
  • 3
    Put ground beef and onion mixture into the slow cooker. Add in dices tomatoes, corn, pinto beans, beef broth, and water.

    Stir in packets of ranch dressing and taco seasoning
  • 5
    Give it all a good stir and set on low for 6-8 hours
  • 6
    Serve with toppings such as crushed tortilla chips, sour cream, Mexican cheeses, and chopped green onions
