Ingredients For chicken gumbo

1 1/2 lbboneless skinless chicken breast

4 cunsalted chicken stock

1/2 lbhot smoky sausage (like andouille)

3 Tbspolive oil

1/4 call purpose flour

1 csliced okra (frozen is okay)

1 mdonion. chopped

3 stickcelery. chopped

2 clovegarlic,minced or pressed

1 oz14 1/2 oz can whole tomatoes, undrained

1 cspicy hot v8

1/2 csliced scallion
-
2bay leaves
-
2 tspworcestershire sauce

3/4 tspthyme

3/4 tspsalt

1/4 tspfresh ground black pepper

1/4 tspwhite pepper

1/4 tspcayenne

3-5 dashtabasco sauce or louisiana hot sauce (optional)
How To Make chicken gumbo

1Combine all ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours
