Ingredients For potatoe leek soup

4 cchicken broth
-
1 mdyellow onion, chopped

3 mdleeks, chopped whites only

6 mdpotatoes, medium, cubed

1 cheavy cream
-
1 dashground chervil
-
1/2 tspsalt and pepper

1 Tbspbutter
-
1 Tbspground parsley
How To Make potatoe leek soup

1Simmer chicken broth, leeks, onions and cubed potatoes for 20 minutes.

2Mash some of the onions and potatoes to make a cloudy stew.

3Add heavy cream, chervil, salt, pepper and parsley to soup. Stir and eat.

4Sometimes I use tarragon instead of chervil for a variety in flavor.
