Ingredients For creamy fruit soup

1 ozeach frozen strawberries, blueberries, peaches, raspberries

1 csour cream

2 Tbsplemon juice

1 Tbspcornstarch

1 Tbspwater

1/4 tspcloves, ground

1/4 tspground nutmeg

2smoked hot pork sausages, sliced

1/4 csugar

1 cwater

1/2 cmilk
How To Make creamy fruit soup

1Drain fruit, reserving syrup (cut up large pieces of fruit).

2In 1 1/2 quart saucepan combine reserved syrup, the 1 cup water, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.

3Bring to boiling; reduce the heat and simmer, uncovered for 5 minutes.

4Remove stick cinnamon.

5Blend the 1 tablespoon water and cornstarch; stir into saucepan.

6Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.

7Remove from heat.

8Add lemon juice.

9Cool to room temperature.

10Blend in sour cream and fruit.

11Stir in milk.
-
12Cover and chill.

13Garnish with strips of lemon peel, if desired.
