One of my hubby's favorite recipes. **Note** --If only making for 2, only use 2 potatoes. 5-6 for a large batch. --Corn starch and extra seasoning not necessarily required. Ps. Sorry the pictures aren't so good. :)

Ingredients For hobo stew

1 lbbeef

1 smonion
-
5-6 lgpotatoes

1 canbeef broth

1 canmixed vegetables

1 boxcorn starch
How To Make hobo stew

1Brown beef with onion, garlic and seasonings of choice. -
2While beef is browning, In separate pot, boil the peeled and chopped potatoes. After potatoes are boiled, stir Broth into potato water.

3When beef is browned and potatoes are cooked, add the beef to the potatoes. Mix in veggies.

4Add corn starch to thicken if required and add any other seasonings you want.
