My sister does not eat stew meat. My Daddy came up with this recipe so that she could enjoy stew.

Ingredients For daddy's ground round stew

3 lbground round

2 cansliced potatoes, drained

1 canveg-all, drained

3 Tbspseason all

3 cantomato sauce

2 Tbspdried onion

serve with crackers or cornbread.
How To Make daddy's ground round stew

1Put Ground Round in large stew pot. Cover 2 inches over Ground Round with cold water. Begin to cook Ground Round. Add Season All and Onions. Let Ground Round boil about 30 minutes until well done.

2Add 2 cans drained sliced potatoes. Cook until potatoes are well done and can be cut with a fork.

3Add Veg All, drained to stew mixture. Let Veg All Cook until well done. Add Tomato Sauce. Cook until well done.
