When I was young my youth pastor had us make this. When I found the recipe for the rice krispy treats I posted on here I found this one, too. So, here's another oldie but goodie...just like me!

Ingredients For easy father's day popcorn balls

don't let the prep time scare you. that includes making 2 bags of popcorn and time to harden.

1 can any flavor ready to spread frosting

1/4 teaspoon salt

8 cups popped popcorn

1 cup extra ingredients like peanuts, cashews, chips, broken pretzels, etc.
How To Make easy father's day popcorn balls

1Prepare a regular sized muffin pan with paper liners. In small saucepan, combine frosting and salt. Stir over medium heat until bubbles form. In large bowl of popcorn, pour frosting mixture over and with spoon stir thoroughly until all kernels are covered with frosting mixture. Also add the extra ingredients you've chosen at this time and stir through. Spoon into liners and allow to dry at room temp for 1 hour.
