When in college we ate whatever was in the fridge. Made these one day and have been eating them eversince.

Ingredients For tuna bean sandwich

  • 1 can
    tuna drained
  • 2 Tbsp
    miracle whip
  • 1 Tbsp
    sweet pickle relish
  • 1/2
    onion chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1
    hard boiled egg chopped
  • any baked beans

How To Make tuna bean sandwich

  • 1
    Mix first six ingredients.Put a little miracle whip on a slice of bread. Spread a good amount of the tuna mix on the bread. top with a layer of any baked beans (home made are best but you can use them from a can.) Top with other slice of bread.

    You can add a slice of cheddar cheese or hot pepper cheese to the sandwich. Also tastes good toasted as a tuna melt. Be creative. They really taste good.
