I got this from Martha Stewert show many years ago and its become a required thing each holiday since, its not this year only because I have so many great recipes from you all to try out

Ingredients For rice crispies confettie

  • 9 Tbsp
    butter or margerane
  • 12 c
    marshmallows, mini
  • 1 Tbsp
    salt
  • 6 c
    puffed rice cereal
  • 6 c
    capn crunch
  • 5 c
    froot loops

How To Make rice crispies confettie

  • 1
    coat a 9X13 cake pan with cooking spray
  • 2
    on large bowl mix cereals
  • 3
    in large microwave safe bowl melt butter, marshmallows and salt then combine with cereals
  • 4
    pour into cake pan and smash down, (it will look like it wont fit but will) to get the last bit packed down I use a sturdy cup that I had sprayed

    once cooled run a knife along pan to help loosen and flip out of pan, I use a bread knife to cut these because of how thick they are

    note: you can use store brand cereals but I think most of their froot rounds dont have as much flavor as the Kellogs so thats the one cereal I will spend the extra on for these
