Ingredients For apple peanut butter bars

    flour
  • 2/3 c
    brown sugar
  • 1
    large apple, peeled, cored, diced
  • 3 c
    oats, regular
  • 1/3 c
    walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 c
    peanut butter
  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted
  • 1/2 c
    apple sauce
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1
    egg, extra large

How To Make apple peanut butter bars

    Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F.

    Combine flour, brown sugar and throw in your diced apple to coat the pieces. Then mix in the oats, walnuts, baking soda.

    In a separate bowl mix together melted butter, apple sauce, egg, cinnamon and peanut butter.

    Stir the wet peanut butter mixture into the dry ingredients until combined. Spread mixture into lightly greased 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until lightly browned. Remove from oven and cool before cutting into bars.
