Ingredients For almond (pecan) toffee

  • 1 lb
    butter
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    sliced almonds (pecans)

How To Make almond (pecan) toffee

    Melt all ingredients (except nuts) slowly. Cook and stir constantly until mixture reaches 212 degrees. Then cook without stirring until 236 degrees. Then resume stirring constantly until done (305 degrees).
