This is one of my go to snacks because it is so quick and easy. It is a great snack for anyone. The thought of mayo on an apple does not sound to appetizing but once you try this tasty little treat you will find that it is quite delightful. The nuts are like icing on the cake. They just seem to add the nutty flavor that goes with the apple and mayo. If you try it it will be on your snack list more often than not.

Ingredients For nutty apple snack

  • 1
    medium apple (choose the kind you like)
  • 2 Tbsp
    fat free mayonaise
  • 1/4 c
    chopped nuts

How To Make nutty apple snack

    Slice apple in six sections. If you have an apple corer you can use that.
  • 2
    Spread a thin layer of mayo over the apple pieces.
  • 3
    Sprinkle with nuts.
